Casual Outdoor Activity Instructor

Summit&Surf is looking for enthusiastic and experienced instructors to lead a variety of outdoor activities on the stunning Mornington Peninsula.

Role Overview

As a Casual Outdoor Activity Instructor, you will:

• Set up and prepare all necessary equipment for activities

• Lead and supervise sessions in various outdoor sports

• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants

• Help foster a positive, engaging, and active environment

What We Offer

• Pay: $31 - $41 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

• Flexible casual hours

Requirements

• Certification: Cert IV in Outdoor Recreation or relevant tertiary education

• LSV Ocean Rescue Qualification: Current and valid

• Working With Children Check (WWCC): Current and valid

• Driver’s License: Full license preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills
